The Builders develop their musical skills through singing, rhythm, pitch awareness, listening, creativity, collaboration, and performance activities.
This class takes place virtually on the first 3 weeks of every month.
The Explorers discover music through age-appropriate singing, movement, rhythm, listening, imaginative play, and creative activities.

The Musical Foundations Program
is an online music enrichment program designed to nurture young musicians through singing, rhythm, movement, listening, creativity, and individualized musical exploration.
The program helps children develop foundational musicianship, build confidence, and explore their musical interests in a supportive, engaging environment.

Program Advancement
Students typically transition from CMW Sounds: Musical Foundations into private voice lessons by age 10. Early advancement may be recommended on a case-by-case basis by CMW Sounds studio teachers, depending on the student’s readiness and individual needs.
Sibling Enrollment Discount
Families enrolling two children in CMW Sounds: Musical Foundations receive 50% off the monthly tuition for the second child.
Total for two children enrolled in program: $150/month
This Buy One, Get One 50% Off discount applies to one additional child only. Any further children enrolled are charged the regular monthly tuition of $100 per student. The discount applies while both eligible children remain actively enrolled.
